Itaércio Bezerra
Founding partner
Founding partner of Bezerra & Bezerra Advocacia Empresarial. He specializes in Tax Law, corporate transactions, and wealth and estate planning, serving both national and international clients. In addition to his legal practice, he is a professor of Tax Law and Business Law in undergraduate and graduate courses. He holds a specialization in Tax Law from FGV – Fundação Getúlio Vargas and a degree in Law from UFC – Universidade Federal do Ceará. He also served as a Counselor in the 2nd Chamber of the Tax Resources Council of the State Treasury Department of Ceará (CONAT/CE). He was elected Director of CAACE – Assistance Fund for Lawyers of Ceará, initially for the term 2010-2012 and subsequently reelected for the term 2013-2015. Languages: Portuguese, English, and Italian.
Letícia Pinheiro
Partner
Partner at Bezerra & Bezerra Advocacia Empresarial. She specializes in Tax Law, handling both advisory and litigation matters, serving clients from various economic sectors. She holds a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure Law from ESA – School of Higher Advocacy and a degree in Law from UFC – Federal University of Ceará. Languages: Portuguese and English.
Rômulo Bezerra
Founding partner
Founding partner of Bezerra & Bezerra Advocacia Empresarial. He practices in the Civil and Labor Law areas of the firm, handling both advisory and litigation matters. He holds a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure Law from UNIFOR – University of Fortaleza and a degree in Law from UNIFOR – University of Fortaleza. He was a member of the Special Committee on the Code of Civil Procedure of the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association (2019/2022). Languages: Portuguese and Spanish.
